6.2 Individualized / pre-ordered products

Handmade, personalized, or pre-ordered products are excluded from the right of return because they are made especially for you.

Delivery times may be longer for these products.
7. Individualized products

You can customize bags according to your wishes: color, handles, closure type, size.

Each customized bag is handmade , making each piece unique .
