These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed through our online shop, DiPatrizia , which sells handmade bags, pendants, and accessories. By placing an order, you accept these GTC.

3. Conclusion of contract

  • By clicking the “Buy now” button you submit a binding offer to purchase the goods contained in the shopping cart.

  • Confirmation of receipt of your order will be sent via email. The purchase contract is concluded upon this order confirmation.

4. Prices and payment

  • All prices are in euros including VAT.

  • Shipping costs are shown separately.

  • Accepted payment methods: Credit card, PayPal, and other payment methods offered by Shopify.

5. Delivery

  • We deliver worldwide.

  • Delivery time is usually 3-7 working days for items in stock.

  • For handmade or customized products, production may take longer.

6. Right of withdrawal

6.1 Standard products

  • You can return non-customized products within 14 days of receipt.

  • Products must be unused and in original packaging.

  • Please contact us by email info@dipatrizia.de to initiate the return process.

6.2 Individualized / pre-ordered products

  • Handmade, personalized, or pre-ordered products are excluded from the right of return because they are made especially for you.

  • Delivery times may be longer for these products.

7. Individualized products

  • You can customize bags according to your wishes: color, handles, closure type, size.

  • Each customized bag is handmade , making each piece unique .

8. Warranty / Liability

  • The statutory warranty rights apply.

  • We assume no liability for damage caused by improper use or natural wear and tear.

  • Personal data is used exclusively for order processing, delivery and customer communication .

10. Final provisions

  • German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

  • Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
