We ship worldwide. Delivery times may vary depending on the product, especially for handmade or customized items.

Returns & Exchanges:
Non-customized products can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Please note our guidelines for customized and pre-ordered items (see the next section).

Liability:
We assume no liability for damage caused by improper use of the products.

3. Right of withdrawal & pre-orders

Standard products:
You can return non-customized bags within 14 days. The products must be unused and in their original packaging.

Customized products & pre-orders:
Handmade, personalized, or pre-ordered products are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or returned, as they are made specifically for you. Production may take longer depending on the complexity and customization required.

4. Individualized adjustments

If you'd like to customize a bag—e.g., color, handles, closure type, or size—simply send us an email with your requirements . Each bag is handcrafted according to your specifications, making each piece unique .
